We choose to associate all the players wishing to <strong>get involved for change: <\/strong>communities, financiers, architects, sailors, employees, engineers, ports, carriers, shippers, cargos forwarders, consumers\u2026 including you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Advocate for human impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Windcoop model is <strong>inclusive<\/strong>, designed to be accessible and in the interest of the greatest number. Windcoop will make a point of <strong>respecting the well-being<\/strong> of all its onboard and onshore employees, but also of participating in the economic development of the territories affected while acting for the ecological transition <strong>necessary for our society<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The choice of democratic and transparent governance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Investing in a cooperative means choosing a democratic and transparent mode of governance, where each member has access to the same information. <strong>Together we decide on the best strategy for the cooperative.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coopi-section\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">A worthwhile investment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Opt for a responsible and sustainable investment<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Windcoop is established as SCIC, <strong>an economic model designed to be sustainable<\/strong>. Dividends (legally capped) will be paid only if considered relevant to the company\u2019s health and ambition, and you will take the decision at the general meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coopi-highlight\">\n<p>Being a Windcoop\u2019s Member means joining a community that shares values: making environment and people our main concerns.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Being a shipowner and a pioneer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To be a player in the transport field, <strong>you have to own your ships<\/strong>. The fundraising allows Windcoop to invest <strong>the capital necessary for the first ship building<\/strong>. To achieve this objective, Windcoop&#8217;s minimum capital requirement is \u20ac3.5 million. The more we raise, the more we hold.
